Youth Athletic Performance Classes

A Drop-In Class is also offered for $25.  Drop-In registration is available at the front desk only.

Young athletes looking to get fit and improve sports performance can sign up for a series of advanced classes. Choose from four or eight sessions that will target speed, agility, strength, power, mobility, and injury prevention for growing athletes. Taught by personal trainer, Monte, in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment. Young athletes will receive personalized instruction and gain the skills and techniques they need to safely achieve a high level of athletic success.

The Athletic Performance Lab (APL) is a private workout space dedicated to performance based workouts. It contains a power rack and barbell equipment, free weights, an ergonomic motorless treadmill, a tire flip, adjustable standard and Nordic benches, TRX  Suspension trainers, turf run and weighted sled, a rack and bar installation, kettlebells, slam balls, and a variety of functional free motion equipment.
