Adult / Teen Swim Lessons

Participants will learn new skills; work on technique and stroke mechanics; build endurance and confidence. Most importantly – participants will have fun while learning. This is the perfect class if you want to refresh your skills or if you want to build upon what you already know. Several class options are available to accommodate busy schedules. Patient, certified instructors will evaluate your level at the first class and place you in the appropriate group. Don’t let fear stand the way of learning this valuable life skill.
